Old Table Runner to New Painting
I’ve had this old table runner lying around for quite some time. Whilst I love the look of it, I don’t really like the way it sits on our dining table – after pondering for quite some time about what to do with it, I finally decided that it could become an interesting canvas for a simple painting.
All I did was get one of my daughters paintbrushes, some wall paint and got to work.
I thought Bamboo might be an easy thing to paint, firstly because of the dimensions of the table runner and also they are really just a bunch of stripes.
So here it is, all ready to hang up….
